A premenstrual syndrome is a disease that is accompanied by tender breasts, bloating and muscle pain. This condition is usually happens to women, their periods are expected. This condition is normal. But if the premenstrual syndrome or PMS affect your life every day, your body and your mood and change the way you act. Women generally in their premenstrual syndrome as a teenager or early twenties.
Symptoms of premenstrual syndrome
