happy

Everyone wants to be happy, but what is happiness anyway? How do we know whether we are happy? Can anyone be happy all the time? How do we find happiness? When we talk about the happiness of life, these are the questions we ask.
Our perception of life, happiness is as individual as the way we perceive, hot or cold. For all of us, it is the same type, but it is also different. Each person is different, so each person should describe what makes a happy life be different.

Dictionary.com says happiness is:
1. Characterized by good fortune, happy
2. Enjoys showing or characterized by joy, Satisfaction and joy

Webster's dictionary says, is happiness: a state of well being and satisfaction

So, if we apply these definitions to say to us, we are glad that we would be happy to show joy and feeling content. That makes sense. Most people think that we are pleased to show in general these properties, they can use that definition and go from there.

I Can life be lucky if I do not think that I'm happy? Hmmm This is an interesting question is not it? Most people are happy when they feel too happy or blessed by good fortune, and most people who feel unhappy or have the feeling that we are very unlucky, unhappy. BUT, perception is everything. A person can break her leg in a skiing accident (bad luck) and still be happy and smile because they feel blessed and happy (probably because they do not break both legs!). You could be happy because they know that their Leg will heal, and because they are so much fun skiing (up until they ran into the tree at 100 miles per hour!)! Get the picture?

Or could have a person what most of us would call good fortune and still does not seem to live, have the luck. It is an art, happiness, and some of us know, and some of us not, but we all can learn.

Is happiness the same for everyone? Probably not, although the normal signs of bliss in the dictionary definitions enumerated probably be seen in every person is happy. Different things for different people happy, so happy and striving for Happiness can not be the same. For example: I am a quiet type of person who loves working from home and socialized only once or twice a week. You can be a very sociable Person who works in an office full of people and lunch with another person and per day and goes to a party every Saturday evening. We are both happy, but our way of life are very different. Aside from what you see as something that would not produce happiness a priority for me. Perhaps it is to make you happy wonderful skiing twice a year. It might make me happy to go on a perfect holiday in my backyard and squirrels my money away. Both situations are correct, and we are both happy.

How do you know when you're happy? The best way to tell whether you are happy, is to ask yourself how you feel. Really feeling. Feel comfortable, relaxed and "OK", as the things on a fairly consistent? Then you are probably happy. Feel your body. Your body is relaxed, you feel calm? You're probably happy. Remember the good fortune not from somewhere, but come inside. If you are in line with what is right for you, you will be happy. If you try to live someone else to define the true happiness of being You probably will not.

Can we have the true happiness all the time? Yes! Well, OK, if taking a terrible tragedy, one will probably not be happy to this time. But you can work through the tragedy and the accompanying emotions to know that life can and will be lucky if you have taken time properly again To allow healing. Otherwise, yes. You're welcome all the time. Perhaps not at jumping up and down and laughs easily at any moment, but peaceful Content happy, certain, and that is just as valuable. Life's little irritations come and go every day. We have the choice of whether we welcome them with a quiet smile, or a angry frown. Both are fine, but the calm smile helps you improve life in a happy state of being, and help you get the luck on a uniform basis. Remember, the art of happiness a lot to do with perception.

Recent research on happiness shows that many of us have long suspected. Happiness and the pursuit of happiness has more to do with the perception of the individual and what happened to that person, than money, fame or power. Even if these things can a feeling that will bring happiness, it is attached to these things to this report. Real happiness is much more like a man takes his own life included. Fortunately, if you the type of person who has a "glass half empty" outlook on life, you can get a 'glass half full "attitude that you're lucky, will win.

It may be an ancient symbol of the movement, but everyone knows that the human heart is really nothing more than a pump. Or is it? New research suggests before, a direct link between your state of mind and the condition of your heart. Here is how it keeps ticking happily.

You've seen it on TV. A hospital humming with urgent work, the echo of footsteps on shiny floors, a room with white lacquered Figures, and an unbroken note that permeates the air. A shifting tide of gloves, a jolt of electrical energy, and the note in a regular, rhythmic patterns. The human heart, pulsing back to life.

But the hard-working organ, the shepherd, your blood and its vital cargo of oxygen through the body is also an ancient symbol of the movement. Was hurting it or breaking or full of love, the heart always overruled the brain as the alleged source of the way we feel.

As it turns out, can this is not so fantastic idea. A growing number of clinical research seems to confirm what poets and songwriters have long proclaimed. There is a real and direct connection between our hearts and our minds. Or, as it can in the language of white-coated figure, psychosocial factors, greater risks for acute myocardial infarction as diabetes, smoking, hypertension and obesity. What that stress at work or at home, get together with your perceived ability, with life be able to significantly increase the risk of heart disease. The mortality in heart failure patients with major depression is two and a half times higher than for heart patients without depression.

Often, however, depression in patients with heart failure is not diagnosed. This is partly because of the symptoms of both conditions (among them: fatigue, loss of energy overlap, poor appetite and sleep disturbance) and partly because Many patients see depression as a weakness of character or personality of a mistake if it really is a common clinical condition affects so many as one out of five Patients with heart disease.

It is here that the great question of cause and effect comes to mind. Depression is a natural consequence of the life changing impact of heart failure? Or is heart failure a likely outcome of the physical effects of Depression? The answer is yes in both cases. If you are depressed or anxious, you're more of a cardio-vascular problems develop. How accurate?

A heart attack is cause by a blocked blood vessel to the heart and the depression is one of the known contributions to the development of such a Blockade. In the interior of blood vessels, we find the clearing where the blood is capable of flowing. Factors such as smoking, high cholesterol and depression can grease deposits cause to collect on the wall, forming a plaque that protrudes into the lumen. If this plaque is damaged or broken, shoot your body repair system Mend to save the establishment of a blood clot the wound.

But the clot and seal the lumen of the artery is the blockage of blood flow and leads to a possible bypass surgery. Depression is a risk factor for heart disease, but heart disease is also a cause for depression. If your heart is heavy, you may lose your natural inclination to get out and get active, and you're more likely to drink and smoke and eat the wrong things. Patients with heart failure should be screened, treated for depression, and depression, if it is found to be present. This can help to improve the patient's quality of life, and possibly improve the long-term results.

But It is not just all up to the doctors. We all need to learn to keep our hearts. The heart is just like an organ. It all starts with proper exercise and nutrition. No one can change their family history, but we can all do something about the food we eat and the activities we do.

A healthy diet consists of the four essentials: fat, fiber, fruit and vegetables.

Your body does not need a lot of fat to stay healthy, so try to keep down your fat. Fiber is a must, because it lowers cholesterol You and your fill up, so you eat less. Physical activity is also important. It strengthens the circulation, reduces stress and stimulates the secretion of hormones endorphins, or happy. Even if you have heart disease, exercise can help you, back on track.

Goal Number one? Do what it takes to your heart happy. Love your body. Live your life. And lose, above all, never discouraged.
